Before the event:
We want your conference experience to be exceptional. If we can help you plan your trip, understand what to expect, or solve a problem, please email us! We’ll race to see who can respond fastest.

- Leave us a voicemail at 719-203-2301 (Why voicemail only? We're a small nonprofit staff working hard to prepare for the event. But we'll call you back promptly.)
At the event:
We will have a fully staffed Guest Services table at your disposal--we'd love to help you with directions or tips, food recommendations, problem-solving, and anything else that will make your weekend outstanding.
- Best ways:
- Visit the Guest Services table (we'll have a map with the location closer to the event)
- Text the Guest Services table at (201) 905-8895 (we'll be monitoring this number during business hours even if the table is technically closed).
- Alternatives:
- In a pinch, you can also email us at events@colsoncenter.org. This email address is better for non-time-sensitive issues and feedback.
