How do I update my email preferences?

Here's how to control how often you receive BreakPoint, what emails you do and don't get from us, or (heaven forbid!) unsubscribe.

1. At the bottom of any Colson Center email, click "manage preferences."
2. Uncheck any email types you DON'T want to see. Check any empty boxes to start getting those emails.
3. Click submit. Your preferences will update within 24 hours.
