If you believe you were supposed to receive a premium offer but it hasn't arrived, please contact us by calling (719) 375-2000 or emailing us at advancement@colsoncenter.org.
The most common reasons for a resource not being delivered are:
- There's an outdated address on file.
- The resource offer was not selected on the giving form. See here for how to find this month's current premium offer page.
- The resource was requested by an international donor. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.
