Here's a quick self-service guide to connecting successfully. I’m having trouble signing up for a short course or webinar:
Need help locating an upcoming event:
- Go to https://www.breakpoint.org
- Click "events."
- Pick the one that looks interesting! You can also sign up for a season pass each calendar year that includes all upcoming live courses and archived video from that year.
Need help locating my personal join link for an upcoming short course or webinar:
- Two separate confirmation emails are sent. One is from Eventbrite for the free ticket confirmation. The other confirmation email is from Zoom and contains your personal join link for the live webinar, as well as instructions on how to join the live webinar programs.
- In addition to the confirmation emails, reminder emails are sent from Zoom one day prior to and also one hour prior to the live short course and webinar programs. These reminder emails contain your personal join link along with instructions for joining the live webinar programs. It is recommended to allow 15-20 minutes the first time you join one of the Zoom webinar programs. The sign-in process typically takes under 5 minutes, but times can vary due to differences in connection speeds.
What if I am unable to attend the live short course or webinar program? We’ve got you covered. Within 24-48 hours of the live program a follow-up email is sent that contains a link to the short course or webinar program recording.
