It's no fun to have to cancel a trip, but we've all been there.
If you registered before February 28th, a refund is available for cancelations made on or before May 23rd. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds to registrations created on or after February 28th.
To cancel your registration, click here and log into your attendee account with your email address and confirmation number. Click Cancel Registration, enter your information, and click Submit. Your refund will be processed within the following few business days.
