How do I update my billing information?

Need to update your credit card number or expiration, billing address, or recurring payment info? Here's how.

All of the Colson Center's online gifts are managed through a gift processing platform called Raise Donors.

To update your billing address, credit card information, etc., you first need to either login to your existing Raise Donors account (using the same email address used when you make gifts to the Colson Center) or create a new account. You can create an account by doing the following:

  1. Visit https://account.raisedonors.com/colsoncenter/login. Underneath the login, click “Reset Your Password.” 
  2. Enter your email address on the following page. To ensure that your previous giving history is linked correctly, this should be the email address you typically use to make online gifts. Once you enter your email address and click “Send Email,” you will be emailed a link to set a new password. 
  3. After setting your new password, you will be able to log in with that email address and password any time at https://account.raisedonors.com/colsoncenter/login

Once you are logged in, you can update your profile information, manage active recurring gifts and see your giving history.
